List of legit survey sites

Hi,

Today I am going to give you a list of Legitimate Survey Sites, that are 100% free to join, and are going to pay you either in cash or through gift certificates. But I am requesting you once more to check, before joining the sites, since the company policies, and method of payments might change from time to time. However remember one thing, no real survey company will ever ask you for payment, all survey companies let you join for free. If you come across a company that asks you for payment, DO NOT JOIN!!

I recently came across some AD, that said if I joined a certain company I would get daily surveys of $50- $100 dollars. I felt like checking it out, and found out that they were asking a one time payment of $49. I am sure most of you might have come across some AD’s like this. If you do, simply close the window, since it is a fraud. Why should you have to pay anything for something that is FREE? Such companies promise to give you huge lists of Data, and finally give you list of companies that are free to join, and you can find those companies in my list anyway.

If you think you are going to be earning $50 or $100 per day you are mistaken, no company pays so much for a survey. I have done suveys for lots of multinational companies like Pepsi, Micorosft, Coke, and retailers like walmart etc, and they pay you a max of $10-15 per survey. And if these companies don’t pay so much, who will?

Maybe you have heard of people who are getting paid $50 to $100, but those are interactive surveys, or for product sampling. But you will get those sort of offers rarely, and only a few companies provide such offers. All said and done, if you have spare time and work hard you can make $150 to $200 per month, or even more, it all depends on your profile, and whether companies need people of your profile. Also if you join a couple of offer sites, and do free or trial offers, you might make more since, you easily get paid $1 to $20 for completing trial offers.

For those, who are new, I am just going to give a brief descriptions of different types of surveys.

Surveys are of 4 types

i) Email surveys : Email surveys are regular survey opportunities, that you get by Email, there will be an initial screening survey, and if you qualify, then you will be allowed to take the main survey and be awarded when you complete it. You can see the type of incentive you are going to get for that survey in the Email that is sent to you, so be sure to read it completely. If you are only interested in cash surveys, no point in doing surveys that only give you sweepstakes entries. I have given a brief description of payment methods of each company below, but please check it yourself once you visit the companies website, and be sure to read their Faq’s and terms and conditions.

ii) Interactive surveys : Sometimes you may be asked to take part in an interactive survey, if you are asked, then make sure you join, since you get paid well. Mainly in an interactive survey you will be one among a group of participants, and you will be asked to share your opinions and give feedback on a certain product, or a topic. There will a facilitator who will be overseeing the whole discussion, and may ask for your opinion from time to time. Interactive surveys can also be fun, and mostly I have noticed that such survey opportunities are given to those who do surveys that only give sweepstakes points. Maybe it is the survey companies way of seeing that loyal panelists are rewarded, I do not know, but that’s the way it is, and I always make sure to read the Email completely and try to complete any survey I get, and as a result I have made more money than others I know.

iii) Product sampling : Also sometimes, you may be asked to try a certain product for some time, and then you will have to answer a follow up survey about that product. The type of product you are asked to sample will depend on your profile and may be anything from shampoo to beer. Most companies pay well for product sampling, since you will be trying products that haven’t hit the market yet, and they need your opinion.

iv) Phone Surveys : Phone surveys are another method of participating in surveys, and you might be asked your opinion over the phone, or sent a text message and asked for opinion. You will also be paid well for phone surveys, but remember that you are the one who will have to pay the phone bill, and not the company. A normal phone survey may take from 20-30 minutes. But if you have an offer on your phone, and calls are free, then go ahead.

Also sometimes you might be asked whether you can come over to the companies office, or whether they can send a representative to your house to interview you face to face. But that is rare, and I definitely do not participate in such surveys, but to each his own. There are many companies that conduct face to face focus groups and for that you will be paid a min of $50, but here I am mainly focusing on Online jobs, so I am not going to list those. However if any of you are interested, mail me and I will provide a list of such companies too.

Offer Sites : Another thing you need to know are Offer sites, these are not regular survey sites. You are not going to get regular surveys from them, but will see a list of offers you can complete to get rewarded. You can join different types of offers, ranging from 100% free offers, trial offers, to purchase offers. But if you are only interested in doing surveys, stay away from them. I have listed some good offer sites separately, for those of you who might be interested in joining. Also you have to disable any Ad blockers and keep cookies enabled, since the companies need to be able to track your IP address to give you credit for completing offers. I missed a lot of money like that, since I had AD blockers on, and cookies disabled on my system.

Okay, now that’s done. You can just go through the list of survey and offer companies below, and join them. Remember all of them are free to join. Just click on the name of the survey company to go to their website. So, happy earning.

SURVEYS LIST

1) Light Speed Panel : Now this is one of my favorite survey sites, it gives points for surveys, and then you can redeem the points for cash or gift certificates. 575 points=$5 , but don't think it will be very hard to earn points, because the min points for a survey is 75 points, and you can also get surveys that give 300, or 500 points. I get a lot of those, and i usually qualify for them. But the best thing about this site is that it pays through Paypal, so if you redeem you points, you can expect to get you payment in 2 days time, that is the fastest payment time among all survey comapnies.You are also entered into sweepstakes. Be sure to join this, but do not expect o get surveys immediately, you will be sent surveys depending upon your profile. Some people get only one survey in a week, but i get min of 1 each day.Min payout is 575 points or $5.

2) Survey spot : Survey Spot is another of my favorite survey sites, and i get a min of $60 from this site alone, you get lot of surveys everyday. Some surveys pay you cash while others will pay you sweepstake points. You can choose not to do those that only give you sweepstake points but, i would advice you to attempt at least a few, since if you only wait for surveys that pay in cash, the company will start decreasing the no of survey opportunities you get. From my own personal experience, i have seen that i usually get, cash paying surveys after completing surveys that give only sweepstake points. Remember that the companies will be monitoring the no of surveys you take, so if they see you as a good panel member you will be rewarded. You might also be invited to participate in an interactive session or sample some products. If you get any of these opportunities grab them!! You get paid good participating in interactive sessions, or sampling products. Of course the amount you get paid will depend upon the company you are doing it for. Now the bad news, the bad news is that you will have to wait 4-6 weeks to be paid by cheque, the company unfortunately does not pay by paypal. You might feel that 4-6 weeks is long, but that is the time most survey companies take to process your check, but after the initial month when you have done lots of surveys for various comapnies, and youu might have checks coming in the pipeline, it will not matter, since you might have a payment coming every week. Min payout is $5.

3) Your Free Surveys : this site is an combination of survey site and offer site, but it is a very good legitimate site. And if you like free trials, you can earn money easily. All you need is a credit or debit card, sign up for trials, get the cash in your account, and then just cancel your trial. I have joined a couple of trials in this site, and the payment is good, if you have any problems you can contact customer care where you will get an immediate response, You can also visit their blog ' Survival Guide to Online Surveys' where you can find more indepth analysis of each survey company. Remember one thing, just because a company is giving you trial offers does not make it illegitimate, lots of legitimate companies give trial offers. But please read the offers carefully before joining, only join those in which you are interested, because if you join a trial only for getting paid, and do not utilize any offers in the trial( which are free), your account may not be credited, since you have'nt really utilized the trial offer. Having said that, the offers are free, so why not use it ? And in case you have to make any payment for the offer, it is clearly explained, so you know what you are signing up for. Min payout is $30.

4) Survey Savvy : Survey savvy is another good company, but do not expect many surveys from them, you get only a few surveys from this company, but they will be short and to the point, and usually pay well. there is no min payout and your payment will be sent by check. Again as i said, it will take some time for the cheque to be processed.

5) Pinecone Research : Pinecone Research is on the top list for a lot of people, the surveys are good, and also the payment. Currently they are not taking any new members, but they might start again, so be on the lookout, this is another one you do not want to miss. Payout is only $1, and pays through paypal, so you are going to be paid quickly.

6) Greenfield Online : Greenfield is another of the top survey sites, and pays well for surveys. Payments are sent by check, once requested, so it might take a while. there are also prize drawings, and winners are informed by email.

7) Your2cents : Your 2 cents is owned and operated by Common Knowledge Research Services, a research firm that has been in business for over 20 years. You can expect some good surveys from them, and when you reach the min payout of $5, you can request a check. In case you do not qualify for a survey you will still be rewarded with an entry to their $5000 cash giveaway.

8) Opinion Outpost : At opinion outpost you will be awarded points for taking surveys, 10points= $1, and you can redeem when you reach 50 points or $5. Again vhe payment mode is through cheque. Remember that all of these surveys have options for you to refer a friend, so if you refer a friend you will get some amount for the referral. So, send mails to your friends and join as many people as you can. But do not expect surveys from them regularly, sometimes i do not get any surveys from them for a week, and then suddenly i get 3 in one day, so just remember to keep checking your mail.

9) My survey : My survey is a part of taylor nelson sofreys PLC ( tns), which is ranked as worlds largest provider of custom research and analysis across 70 countries, and has been in operavion since 1946. My survey pays mainly in points, and you must have a min of 1000 points to be able to cash out. It can be a bit hard to get all those points, but then again the no of surveys you receive depends upon your profile.

10) Creation Rewards : Creation rewards is a site with a combination of surveys and offers. You can either choose the offers, or simply do the surveys. there are daily two surveys available one for Otx and another for Opinion surveys. Each of them give you 110 points, and you can only do 1 Otx, and 1 opinion survey each day. the min points needed for payout is 1000, so in 10 days,you can get $10 and $30 per month. If you are able to qualify for both, the better for you. I know $30 may sound low to you but if you total all the companies together you can make a good sum.

11) Opinion Central : At opinion central you can redeem points for gifts, unfortunately this company does not pay in cash, though you might very rarely get a survey that pays cash. there are surveys available at the site daily, and sometimes drawing are held, and you never know you might win something.

12) Mindfield Online : Mindfield Online is another site where you cannot expect too many surveys, they carefully match the surveys, and only send invitations to members who fit the requirments well. You might get only a few surveys every month, but you get paid in cash, and once you reach the min payout of $10, you can request payment through cheque.

13) Brand Institute : Brand institute is the worlds premier healthcare , consumer and business to business brand identity consultant. In short it means, that Brand institute mainly does surveys for medical research, so you get most surveys regarding that. Once you qualify and complete a survey, the cheque will be sent to you . You need not redeem the payment. Cheques are sent seperately for each survey completed.

14) Surveys : Surveys.com is another survey site which pays you through Paypal. they also have sweepstakes into which you will be entered for your participation in a survey.

15) HCD Surveys : HCD surveys awards you points for taking surveys, which you can later redeem for cash. 100points = $1, and the min payout is 1000points or $10. You will be paid through cheque, and it might take 6-8 weeks for the cheque to be processed and sent to you. Also for every person you refer you will be paid 25 points, or $0.25.

16) Harris Poll Online : Harris Poll is a member of National Council of Public Polls (NCPP) and Council of American Survey Research Organisations (CASRO). You will be awarded points which you can later redeem for gifts or cash through Paypal, the min no of points needed for payout is 800 points, and you can redeem $5. this is another survey company that holds interactive surveys, so be sure to join up.

17) American Consumer Opinion : American onsumer Opinion is a survey company that accepts panelists from various countries. Incentives typically arnge from $4 to $50 per survey or focus group, depending upon length of questionaire and time taken to complete it. Checks will be mailed seperately for each survey that you complete. As a panel member you will also be entered ina monthly drawing to win $250 in cash awards.

18) Survey Spree : Survey Spree is another site that pays you through paypal, but mostly you might get entries into their sweepstakes. So, if you are only interested in doing cash surveys, please read the email sent to completely. Also keep logging into the site to check if any survey opportunities are available.

19) Directive Analytics : Directive analytics is also a member of CASRO, and it pays you cash for completing surveys, and also they draw prizes and award panel members.

20) PSB Surveys : PSB surveys pays you through paypal, and you also have the option of opting for amazon gift certificates or ebay. You can periodically check back to see whether you have any survey opportunities available.

21) Global test Market : Global test market is provided by Global market insite, Inc and serves more than 1400 clients in 60 countries. You are awarded points for completing surveys, and 1point=5Cents. You can redeem for cash as soon as you have 1000 points or $50. I know that the payout is a bit steep, but if you keep doing surveys, maybe in 2 months you may be able to redeem for cash. Payment is made by check. Global test market also holds interactive surveys, and phone surveys, so if you are interested in these remember to select the option, while filling up the profile surveys.

22) Clear Voice Surveys : Clear voice surveys, is a survey company that really values your time. Surveys pay you well, and even if you attemp a survey and for reason do not qualify, you will still be awarded a small amount like $0.25. It may not be much but it is better than just earning entries into sweepstakes which you may or may not win. Min payout is $10, and you can redeem your amount for either a Prepaid Debit Card, or Amazon gift card or a restaurant gift certificate.

23) Socratic Forum : At Socratic forum you will be awarded incentive payments for completing surveys, and the amount will depend upon the length of the survey. Most surveys offer drawings for cash or gift certificates.

24) Opinion Place : When you complete a survey at opinion Place you will automatically qualify for a reward instantly. You have the option of choosing either Paypal Credits, Advantage miles, or an entry into their monthly sweepstakes. Each suvey takes about 10-15 minutes, and the longer the survey, the bigger the reward. You can only take 1 survey every 14 days.

25) Opinions trone : Panelist in Opinion trone are rewarded by entries into their sweepstakes. Membership is available only to residents of USA and Canada.

26) Data Intelligence Online : Date intelligence invites panelists to participate in various types of studies, such as home product evaluation, focus groups or studies conducted at one of their offices. In addition you will also be entered into their sweepstakes. You get points for completing surveys, and when you get 1000 points, you can redeem for cash or other prizes.

27) NPD Online Research : NPDOR does not award panelists with cash, but you get points which you can use for entries into their sweepstakes. There are many prizes including a daily cash prize of $100, and also prizes of $1000, $5000, DVD’s , Laptops, and others. S, if you fancy your chances of winning at least one of these prizes, be sure to join this and play you points in the sweepstakes.

28) Epoll surveys : Epoll does not offer cash rewards, but offers gift cards from amazon or target or starbucks. It sometimes conducts CD-Rom surveys, where you will be sent a CD by mail, and probably there will a video in the CD that you will have to view and then answer survey questions regarding it.

29) Ipos I-say : At I-say, you will be awarded points for surveys which you can redeem for gift cards and merchandise from popular retailers. Also you will be entered into their sweepstakes, and you can see a recent list of winner at their site. Minimum points you may need to redeem anything is 50 points.

30) Zoom Panel : At zoom panel you are rewarded points for surveys, which you can again redeem for merchandise. The min points needed to redeem any article is 1000 points. But you get 400 points for referring a friend, so if you have friends who want to join surveys then you can get the points rather easily.

31) Gulf Surveys : Gulf Surveys is open for panelists around the world. Panelists are awarded cash or gift prizes. You can redeem your cash incentives when you reach the min payout of $50. Payment is made through check. From time to time surveys are conducted that reward participants with merchandize giveaways or dining vouchers.

32) Resonance Research : Resonance Research pays cash incentives to panelists for survey completion. Each survey may pay you up to $3- $5. Payment is made through Paypal.

33) Buzzback : Buzzback gives sweepstakes, gift certificates, and cash for studies. Members are also invited to participate in sessions, if you qualify, you will receive additional compensation for your time. Members can participate is one buzzback session every 30 days.

34) Global Opinion Panels : Global opinon panels or Synovate is one of the largest market research firms in the world, and comprises panelists from various countries. Please check and see if your country is also included. Checks are sent for each individual survey, once the survey closes, so you do not have to as for it, however it might take 6-8 weeks for delivery of the check.

35) Choozz : Choozz is mainly for those who are very enthusiastic about doing surveys about, movies or video games. You are not really paid anything, but just entered into drawing. So, if you only interested in money, better stay away from this one.

36) Esearch : Esearch pays panelists through gifts or cash incentives, so please read the mail before you start doing any survey. Also Esearch does not keep a record of surveys you have done, so it is better if you keep a record of the survey no and the date you have completed it. Payment is through Paypal, and payment is made once the survey closes.

37) My View : My view pays panelists in My view dollars. 1 my view dollar=$1. Min payout is $25 or 25 my view dollars, and payment is made through Paypal. Once you complete the profile survey, you will have plenty of survey opportunities to complete.

Jobs For Writers

Today i am going to give you a list of jobs for content writers, webcontent writers, technical writers, and also bloggers. Firstly what you need for these jobs are good language skills, and an ability to write content that will draw the readers attention to your article, and make him read it. For example if you were to write an article about beer, which slogan would draw your attention more? A slogan that simply says " A NICE BEER " or a slogan that says " A REAL BEER FOR REAL MEN !!".

It's not a really great example, but i hope you get the point, it's all about gaining the interest of the reader, most men who read such an AD will want to taste the beer at least once, and that is the whole point! Reach out to your target audience!

Okay for those who don't know, i will just give you a brief description of the jobs available, for writers :

1) Content writing: Content writing is mainly, writing AD's or content for articles that the companies or the client, would like to publish, i.e write something that will improve the image of that brand, and get the message that they want to deliver, across to the reader. You might also be asked to write an article about an product or a review.


2) Web content writing: Web content writing as most of you already guessed is writing content for the web. Remember visiting a site before and you were attracted by what the site promised? "Earn $1000 in one day, with minimum work!!" or " Get a Jaguar, free of cost!." Well all those are written by web content writers, and their main purpose is to make you read the article, and make you interested in joining those websites.


3) Technical writing : Technical writing is mainly writing technical articles, or reviews of technical products. Not everyone can do that, since you need to have technical knowledge about that product. If you were asked to review a cellphone, you just can't say it's good and leave it at that. You have to see the no pixels of the camera, the voice clarity, the durability, and also compare it's features to the other products currently available in the market.


4) Blogging: Yes, lot of people get paid to blog, unfortunately i am not one of them. And i am not talking about getting money through Ad sense ( We will discuss that later). Lot's of companies pay bloggers to write about their products, so that they can reach a wider audience. Many people buy products depending upon reviews they have read in blogs, and companies are ready to utilize any means of marketing possible to sell their products.


5) Travel Writing : This is mainly writing about different places, their history, culture ,etc. But don't worry you needn't have to visit all those places to write about them, most writers don't. All you need to have is a good imagination, and ability to do in depth research about that place.


The pay for content writing varies from $5 to $300 for a 500 word article, depending upon the experience of the writer, and also the budget of the company.

Job Sites :



Freelancewriting : This is a good site where you can see job listings for writers, a good thing about this is site , is that a brief description of the job is also given by the client, so you know exactly what the requirements are and what is the topic you need to write about. Some clients also post the budget, so you can estimate how much you may be paid. All the jobs are recently updated, not posted few days back, so you know for sure that the posts are vacant, and you can apply immediately. You might probably have to bid for a job, since the client will be looking for someone who is willing to do the job at a cheaper rate. There are also free E-books available for download, i would strongly recommend anyone who has an interest in writing to download these books. A lot of important topics are covered, like advice on freelance copywriting, and also about copyrights for authors.



Sunoasis : Has huge listings of present jobs available for freelance writers, ranging from writing music review for a podcast company, to product reviews for iphones, this site has it all. Other jobs include, copywriters for websites, professional bloggers to write on a variety of issues, you can find various types of jobs, all u need i good writing skill. I checked some of the jobs available and it was one of the best database of jobs i have found.


Writersweekly : This is another site where you can find a nice list of paying jobs for writers, and plenty of articles to help writers. It is definitely worth taking a look, and you can also read some good articles written by other experienced writers, that might help hone your writing skills.


Writerswrite : This one also has a database of jobs for writers, and you can browse depending upon the category of interest to you, and it is also specified whether the job is paying, or non paying. Yeah, i know what you are thinking, why the heck, would someone take a non paying job. Well it is for the experience, and since you can you this experience to find a good paying job, since you will get jobs based on how many published articles you have. You can also post your profile in this site to be viewed by prospective clients.










Gofreelance : This site is mainly for freelancers, and has listings of jobs currently available, which is updated daily.You can just log in and search for a freelance job depending upon your area of interest.


Writing Assist : Here there are jobs listed for technical writers, web convent writers, medical and marketing copywriters. You can also check depending upon whether you want a permanent job or a contract job.


Ifreelance : Ifreelance is another site for freelancers, where you can post your profile, and also search for jobs. But mainly you might have to bid for a job, since the clients will surely be looking to minimise their budjets, you will probably have to settle for less.



Content writer : This is another site that has huge listings of jobs, mostly looks like the site is maintained by someone in India, since most of the jobs are posted in India. But there are also jobs for people in the US, and other countries. The jobs range from data entry jobs, technical writers, and web content writers, to copywriters.



Get a Freelancer : This is another good site which has a good listings of jobs, and all of them are very recent so you know that the job has not been filled, and also there are job descriptions given by the client specifying their requirement and their budget, so you know before hand what, and how much to expect. You can also see the no of bids on that job.


Guru : This site also has lists of freelance jobs, but however this is not only for writers, it has listings of jobs for photographers, graphic designers, website designers, business consultants and others. But you will have to join, and post your profile for you to be able to apply or view a job



Project4hire : This site too has many jobs are posted, but again the problem is that you have to bid on them to get the job. I saw a couple of bids, and i can say that the freelance market is pretty competitive, people are bidding lower and lower to get the job, and the only ones who gain is the client.


All Freelance Writing Jobs : This site has some listings of jobs, not much, and not really up to date. The most recent post is 2 days back, so considering the competition, you might apply for a job and only find out that it has already been taken. But there are some articles on writing that you might be interested in.



Proedit : This company has an employment section where you can search for the type of job you want, all you have to do is go to current job openings and select the job you are interested in, and whether you want a permanent or contract position, and click search. You can view a list of current jobs available.

WritersDigest : This site contains plenty of tips and promps from writers who are already published, and also blogs where you can share your opinion with other writers. There is also a video/audio section where you can see webcasts by famous authors on tips to writing. A good site that you should visit.


Absolute write : This is one of my favorite sites, and i am also subsribed to this one, since there are lot of articles for new writers, and a list of Agents to contact if you want your book published. Also contains articles for freelance writers, screenwriters, and also speciality writers, i.e copywriters, technical writers, and also for those who write greeting cards. A good one you should surely visit.


Writing for Dollars : It has a lot of articles written by authors on how to write your books, proposal, and also querys. Also has a database of markets for your book, if you are interested in writing a fiction/non-fiction book.


Author tree : This is a site mainly for authors, and apparently it helps you create your own site, yes you got it right, and the service is free. So, if you are a writer think of what you can do with your own website, how well you can promote your book.


Associated Content : At associated content you can get paid for writing an article, so if you have an article that you think is worth it, send it, and you might be paid a good amount.

Today i am going to give you a small list of Medical transcription companies, that i found to be good after some research. However, please check the sites yourself before taking any further action. I am also adding a small video from You tube, that i hope will give some basic understanding of the skills needed to be a Medical transcriptionist better.


Aviacode: Currently hiring coders with experience in various Medical Specialities, and who have credentials from the leading coding associations of AHIMA or AAPC. Online money making opportunities

Alright lets begin, as i said, i am going to go through the various money making opportunities available on the net. Firstly let's break them into different groups.

1. Data entry Jobs : Data entry jobs can be further divided into
i) Normal typing jobs, where you have to convert data given in form of
image files into documents.
ii) Medical transcription jobs
iii) Online form filling

2. Website content writing

3. Online surveys : Now these can also be further divided into
i) Real survey sites
ii) Offer sites

4. Online Projects : Now again these can be divided into
i) web designing
ii) Photo Editing
iii) Animation

5. Ad revenue

6. Selling products online

7. Paid to click and surf

8. Forex trading

9. Mystery shoppers and product testing


WHEW!!

Well now that the list is done , let's go through each one in detail

1) Data Entry Jobs : Data Entry jobs are mainly for those poeple who have good typing speed, and you should be willing to work hard, since it is a tough job. Basic data entry jobs may be to simply convert data in the form of image files into documents, mainly in a word pad format, and send it back to the company. Medical transcription is a much more advanced form of data entry, and you have to be well versed in medical terminology, after all someones life may depend on what you type. Also included in this is newscaster typing, and in this you have to be up to date with whats happening in the world.
Next is online forms filling, some companies do not wish employ extra employees to fill up data into various fields of forms, so they hire temporary workers online to do the job for them, this is mainly done through a mediator network. Many legit jobs are available in this field, the companies will not ask you for money, but may require you to take a test to prove how good you are. Believe me this is a hard job : (

You will be given a tape, which contains an conversation recorded during a interactive survey, or a diagnosis given by a doctor, and you will have to type the entire conversation, without missing detail. But do not worry, there are several softwares, and other equipment available using which you can slow down the tape, and rewind again and again. You might have to buy these, if you are serious about a job as a medical transcriptionist.


2) Website content writing : Are you good at writing? Can you write an article that will interest readers? Can you write good content for websites, then this job is for you. The main qualification is excellent grammatical skill, and good writing skill, there are many websites that will pay you good money for this, and it's free to join.


3) Online surveys : Now this is my favorite, since i like doing surveys. One simple advice, you have to remember is, if the site requires you to pay anything, it is definitely not legitimate. No legitimate survey company will ask you for money, all they want is you opinion. If you do this nicely, and join the good sites i recommend, you could easily earn a $100, for only an hour or two of work. Another good thing is, most of these sites also ask for product evaluation if you are seen as a good panelist. So, you will be able to try new products, and be actually paid for it. Isn't that great!! I will give you the list of survey companies, and my personal reviews of them later.

Next in this are the offer sites, these are sites disguised as survey sites, but mainly give you offers through which you can earn money. You might have to use your credit card to complete these offers. Now i am not saying that these sites are frauds, since most of them are legal and give prompt payments, along with giving you surveys to complete from time to time. But your main income from them will be through completing offers. Another main thing you have to know, about surveys is that the time taken to make payments differ from site to site. Some companies pay through paypal, and you may be credited in 2 or 3 days, but others pay through check, and it might take 4 to 6 weeks before you get paid.


4) Online Projects : Many companies also give projects to freelancers, so if you know photoshop, web designing, or animation, this could be your thing. Most often, the no of jobs you can get is determined by the amount of fees you demand, and also upon your previous project handling as a freelancer. But you will mostly have to go through a mediator, who will charge a percentage for giving you the project.


5) Ad revenue : Now i am sure i will not have to explain this, because every one knows about google ad sense, and everything. All you have to do is build a blog or a website, fill it with good content, and companies will pay you to place their ads on your site. First you have to find a free hosting website, create your own site using the tools provided, and make it as attractive as possible. All you have to know is a bit of Html and the knowledge to bring traffic to your site. You can sit back and relax, as money comes rolling in from the ads displayed on your site.


6) Selling products online : What better place to sell your products, than on ebay? You can find a buyer for even those things that you find worthless, because someone else might find it fascinating. You can make a great deal of money on ebay, if you know how to play it right. You can buy things at a cheaper price, and sell them at a good profit. You can also sell products for other companies, and earn a commission for them.


7) Paid to click and surf : Many sites offer you money to click on their ads, and surf the web using their web sites. Do not expect much money from these sites, since the payment will be measly, it's just something you do when you are free, and a way to earn for doing something that you do every day, that is search the web.


8) Forex trading : Forex trading is more like investing in shares, than an online job. What you basically do in this is bid your money over a foreign currency, and hope it increases in economical value . What you need to is good knowledge of foriegn exchange trading, and consistently monitor the fluctuations in economical prospect of currencies of different countries. In this business your returns may be great, but so might your losses. Most scams online are for forex trading, rebate processing, and MLM marketing. I will cover the various types of scams, and the companies later.

Note: If you are in doubt about a company, first google it before making a payment, you might find more than you bargained for.


9) Mystery shoppers and product testing : Mystery shoppers are employed mainly by shopping malls, hotels etc, to obtain feedback about their employees and customer service. Again there are plenty of scams in this, asking you to pay upfront money, promising you that you will be shopping freely in malls, and resting in large beach resorts. But all that is CRAP!! No real company will ask you to pay money upfront, PERIOD!!

Last is product testing, i placed this separately from surveys, since here i am talking about medical research. You will be selected by a medical research team based upon your qualification, to test new medicines that the company had developed. Medical research pays well, but then again it can also be very risky.

So, now that's done. From tomorrow i am going to analyze each online job opportunity i have described, and give you a list of real paying sites, and the scams you should be vary of.
