Focus Groups

Hi,

Today i am going to list some survey sites, that offer interactive surveys, focus groups, and product testing opportunities. As i have mentioned earlier, you get paid more for interactive surveys or focus groups. the pay ranges from $50 to $150, just for a one hour discussion, and your pay might extend depending upon the length of the survey. Of course, first u have to be selected for the survey, since the companies conducting the surveys, are very particular about the candidates who are selected.

But chances are you will get selected, if not by one company then by another, since they need to include people from various demographies, i.e people from different races, states, jobs, and also economic conditions. I personally have gotten plenty of opportunities, but i did not accept them since i only like doing online interactive surveys. I do not like doing face to face interviews, or telephonic interviews, but if you do not have any such conditions, you can expect to earn a good sum per month. C'mon, seriously, even if you get two opportunities per month, and you get paid $150 for each, you would be making an easy $300 bucks, just for answering simple questions for two hours.

However remember, that if you are going to attend an offline focus group, or an telephonic interview, you are totally responsible for the costs you incur. The company will only pay for the interview, it will not pay your taxi fare, or your phone bill.

Well, lets get down to it then. Try to join as many of these sites as you can, but please read their terms and conditions before you sign up, since a few of them are only for US or UK residents, and a couple of them only accept citizens.




1) Marketing Analytics : Most groups last between 45 minutes to 1 hour and as a thank you for
your time you will receive up to £20 (US$35). Payment may be made in cash or in vouchers, depending on specific projects. Details of the type of payment or voucher would be given before starting any on-line group.



2) 20/20 Research : 20/20 Research provides a way for you to share your thoughts and opinions with corporations that provide services and products you use every day. You will usually be paid, $50-$150 per session.



3) Speedback : Speedback is a full-service research agency providing both quantitative and
qualitative research programs with a specialization in Internet-based and interactive marketing research techniques.



4) HBS Research : For most studies conducted for HBS payments range from $15 to $40, with an average of $25. Minimum requirements are that, you must be atleast 18 yrs of age, must be an US Citizen,and must not be in the payroll at Harvard University.



5) Savitz Research : Savitz Research Solutions conducts market research "Coast to Coast" in 13
major markets for an array of clients covering topics from movies, software, automobiles, food, medical drugs and dozens of other products and services. You might receive $50 to $300 for your participation.



6) Clarion Research : Panelists who qualify for their online surveys are generally compensated
with cash, product incentives or service incentives.To join their web panel, you must be 18 years or older and have access to the internet.



7) Mars Research : From time to time, Mars Research, a national market research company,
conducts consumer research projects such as: focus groups, in-depth interviews, mystery shopping, public opinion studies, mock juries, music tests, exit polls, taste tests, mall interviewing, etc.



8) Survey Center Online : They conduct surveys not only on the Internet but also on the
telephone, in person, and through the mail. They conduct telephone surveys with live interviewers and also with Interactive Voice Response technology.



9) Yahoo User Research : They conduct various types of interviews, field study ( Visiting you),
Telephonic interview,Focus group study,or an Online study.Participants may receive $100 or more depending on the type of research.



10) Atkins Research : Atkins Research Group Inc. is a top-rated qualitative research
organization, which will reward you for giving your occasional honest opinions, positive or negative.




11) IOpinion : Focus Groups are held both during the day and in the evening. You may be asked
to sample a new product, preview a TV commercial, or talk about future products. Your payment for participation will be presented to you immediately following the session (averages $50-$200 for a 2 hour session).




12) Inside Heads : You can also win money for participating in surveys, or receive a monetary
incentive for participating in online focus groups.




13) Executive Advisory Board : The Executive Advisory Board is a worldwide group of managers
and executives. As a member of the Executive Advisory Board, you would be paid for every online survey you complete (ranging from a minimum of $10 U.S. to $300 U.S. or more, depending on the length of the online survey). The money can be donated to a charity of your
choice, or mailed directly to you.




14) CRCWIS : Chamberlain is a full-service market and opinion research firm based in Madison,
Wisconsin. They specialize in consumer product research and testing. How much you are paid for a study depends on a variety of factors, including how much of your time they are requesting and how difficult it is to find the participants for the survey.You could get paid anywhere from $25 to hundreds of dollars to provide them with your opinions.

Register with Test Spin to test new products, music, videos, websites, and more. You will be apid for your opinion- up to $4 for taking a survey and $30 to join a focus group.




16) Precision Research : Registration limited to US and Canadian Residents. Be sure to sign up
the whole family since many studies seek out parents of young children, and professionals with specific skills.Precision Research is a member of the Market Research Association, and has been in business since 1959.




17) Big Look : As a member of BigLook.com, you will be presented with new concepts before
